MovieQ Rewards Club is limited to one MovieQ Rewards Club per house hold.

To apply for membership, each customer must provide the following information:

• First and Last name,
• Home address,
• Telephone number,
• E-mail address.

All promotions related with the Rewards Club are subject to change at any time.
All promotional coupons will be sent to your registered email.
Your phone number will be your reward number.

All other MovieQ Terms and Conditions apply to the MovieQ Rewards Club.
