Why we collect personal information

What information we collect and how we use it

Your MovieQ Cash Card and related information
MovieQ Stores, allow you to create a "MovieQ Cash Card Account" based on your personal
information as an alternative payment method to a credit or debit card. This convenient
service saves you time and allows for easier use of our stores or to make online
reservations. Here's how it works: You create a personal profile - providing your
name, address, state issued drivers license or I.D card, email address, date of
birth, and in some cases your credit or qualifying debit card number - and choose
a P.I.N. for security. The system saves your information and issues you a personal
MovieQ Cash Card. You add monetary deposit amounts to the Cash Card Account at the
Cash Card Station in the Stores. The next time you reserve online or rent or buy
from a MovieQ Store, all you need to do is insert your card into the reader or enter
your MovieQ Cash Card Account number and P.I.N. the system looks up the information
it needs to assist you. In addition, if you wish to update the information associated
with your MovieQ Cash Card Account, you may do so at [LINK].
When we disclose your information
MovieQ takes your privacy very seriously. MovieQ does not sell or rent your contact
information to other marketers.

To help us provide superior service, your personal information may be shared with
legal entities within Point.360, who will take steps to safeguard it in accordance
with MovieQ's Privacy Policy.
With our service providers, vendors, and strategic partners
There are also times when it may be advantageous for MovieQ to make certain personal
information about you available to companies that MovieQ has a strategic relationship
with or that perform work for MovieQ to provide products and services to you on
our behalf. These companies may help us process information, extend credit, fulfill
customer orders, deliver products to you, manage and enhance customer data, provide
customer service, assess your interest in our products and services, or conduct

- MovieQ works to protect the security of your information during transmission by
using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
- MovieQ reveals only the last four digits of your credit card numbers or your MovieQ
Cash Card when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card
number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password
and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
You can help us by also taking precautions to protect your personal data when you
are on the Internet. Change your passwords often using a combination of letters
and numbers.
Use of MovieQ by Children
MovieQ recognizes that many of our customers purchase or rent our products for family
use, including use by minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13, but because some information is collected electronically, it
can appear to be the personal information of the MovieQ Cash Card Account holder,
and will be treated as such by this Privacy Policy. If a child under 13 submits
personal information to MovieQ and we learn that that personal information is the
information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon
as possible. MovieQ's Terms and Conditions of Use contains
additional information regarding eligibility for and opening of a MovieQ Cash Card
Account and the use of MovieQ Cash Cards by minors.

As is standard practice on many websites, MovieQ's website uses "cookies" and similar
technologies to help us understand which parts of our website are the most popular,
where our visitors are going, and how much time they spend there.
